On this day December 18, 1970, Earl Simmons, AKA DMX was born in Mount Vernon, New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DMX was a successful rapper and actor. He was known for his powerful and gritty delivery, as well as his raw and emotionally charged lyrics. DMX released his debut album “It’s Dark and Hell Is Hot,” in 1998. The album included hit singles like “Ruff Ryders’ Anthem” and “Get At Me Dog,” helping DMX become one of the hottest rappers on the hip hop scene. He went on to release a total of 8 albums including, “Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood” and “…And Then There Was X”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DMX was often recognized for his energetic and intense performances, both on stage and in the studio. He was a key figure in the Ruff Ryders Entertainment group, which included other notable artists like Eve and Swizz Beatz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
